Daniel advocates for clients in antitrust and consumer protection class actions.
Prior to joining Girard Sharp, Daniel worked for plaintiff firms on a variety of complex cases, including Qui tam, antitrust, class action tort, intellectual property dispute, contract dispute, breach of fiduciary duty, and data privacy breach litigations.
Previously, Daniel worked as a personal injury and tenants’ rights attorney, representing plaintiffs in automotive, premises liability, and landlord/tenant disputes. Prior to law school, Daniel worked for five years at a major pharmaceutical company.
