Makenna Cox was responsible for discovery and case management in the Woodbridge Investments Litigation, a recently-settled case against a national bank for furthering a massive Ponzi scheme. She also supported the firm’s work in two major sexual abuse cases, the USC Student Health Center Litigation and a similar action against UCLA. She was voted a 2021 Super Lawyers “Rising Star” by her peers.
Makenna previously advocated for musicians’ rights and coauthored comments filed with the Federal Communications Commission. She worked during law school at a well-respected appellate firm in Los Angeles. She graduated with honors from the University of San Francisco and attended Loyola Law School, where she served as senior Production Editor on the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review.
