The position requires a genuine interest in practicing law and the skills and motivation to succeed in a demanding litigation environment. - Coursework or experience in corporate or securities law
- Some litigation experience

- Outstanding academic credentials
Candidates must be admitted to the State Bar of California and have two or more years of litigation experience.
