After an automatically installed software update in early May, owners of OfficeJet 902x models have been reporting online that they are experiencing a blue screen with the error code 83C0000B. This error leaves the printer unusable as there is no way to perform a factory reset on an HP OfficeJet without interacting with the printer’s touchscreen display.
HP has no solution at this time.
